About the job

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to manage and grow our international business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good computer proficiency, and the ability to work according to foreign time zones. Prior experience in sales is required, with preference given to candidates having exposure to international trade. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new international business opportunities. • Handle export inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales. • Communicate with overseas buyers via email, calls, and virtual meetings. • Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and sales documentation. • Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and operations teams for smooth order execution. • Maintain and update client database and sales reports in Excel/CRM. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet browsing, MS Excel, Google Meet/Zoom). • Willing to work flexible hours as per international time zones. • Freshers can apply if they have experience in any type of sales (internship, part-time, or full-time). • Experience in international trade is preferred; domestic sales experience is also acceptable.
