🚨 We Are Hiring – Export–Import Manager 📍 Location: Hyderabad 🏭 Industry: Manufacturing 📌 Department: EXIM We are looking for an experienced Export–Import Manager to manage and oversee our international trade operations. The role involves handling export and import documentation, customs compliance, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth cross-border transactions aligned with manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage complete export lifecycle from order receipt to shipment and payment realization. • Handle import documentation and customs clearance for raw materials, machinery, and spare parts. • Prepare and verify export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading / AWB, and Certificate of Origin. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters. • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FEMA, RBI, and GST regulations. • Monitor export incentives such as RoDTEP and Duty Drawback. • Handle LC documentation, export proceeds realization, and BRC coordination with banks. • Track shipments, manage logistics costs, and ensure timely delivery. • Maintain EXIM reports, shipment trackers, and compliance records. Skills Required • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and EXIM documentation • Good understanding of INCOTERMS (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) • Experience in HS Code classification and customs procedures • Vendor management and freight negotiation skills • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle) Qualification • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business / Logistics • MBA – International Business (Preferred) • Certification in Export–Import Management (Added Advantage) Experience • 5–10 years of experience in Export–Import operations • Experience in manufacturing or export-oriented companies preferred 📩 If interested, send your updated CV to: Email: recruitment1@kiranudyog.com 📱 WhatsApp: 7075378811
