Factory Head / General Manager

🔹 About the Role We are looking for a system-driven Factory Head / General Manager who can run our manufacturing facility as a business unit, not just a shop floor. This role requires strong coordination with Head Office Project Managers, client-facing confidence, and the ability to build robust factory systems for scale, speed, and quality. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end factory operations (PEB & conventional steel) • Convert drawings into weekly & monthly production plans • Ensure on-time production & dispatch across multiple projects • Act as single-point coordination between Factory & HO Project Managers • Participate in weekly review calls and present production status • Handle client visits, production reviews & technical discussions • Implement SOPs for fabrication, welding, painting, QC & dispatch • Track productivity, rework, wastage & labour efficiency • Drive quality, safety & discipline across shop floor • Manage in-house labour and contractors with output-based targets • Reduce dependency on Directors through structured reporting
