We are looking for a Factory HR professional with experience in manufacturing environments to handle statutory compliance, payroll management, and HR administration activities at a plant location. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations • Maintain statutory records, licenses, and compliance documentation • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including attendance, overtime, and leave records • Handle statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, PT, and related filings • Coordinate with government authorities for audits and inspections • Maintain employee records and HR documentation • Support onboarding and HR administrative activities • Prepare compliance and workforce reports Preferred Candidate Profile: • Experience working as Factory HR / Plant HR in manufacturing setup • Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance • Hands-on experience in payroll processing • Familiarity with HRMS systems and compliance audits • Good communication and organizational skills
