Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential clients (exporters, manufacturers, suppliers). - Explain the benefits and services of Alibaba.com and how it can help them grow their business globally. - Generate leads and schedule meetings for the business development team. - Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong relationship for conversion. - Maintain a database of clients and update call records in CRM. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned. - Provide feedback to management on market trends and client queries.
