📌 Job Description (JD) Position: Field Sales Executive – Business Coaching & Training 🎯 Job Summary The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting business owners, doctors, SMEs, and entrepreneurs, and converting them into participants for business coaching programs, workshops, and corporate training services. The role requires consultative selling, relationship building, and target-based performance. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach business owners, small hospitals, clinics, SMEs, and entrepreneurs in the assigned territory • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to present business coaching programs • Promote workshops, masterclasses, and corporate training sessions • Generate leads through field visits, networking events, and referrals • Explain program benefits, ROI, and business growth outcomes • Close enrolments and achieve monthly revenue targets • Maintain daily visit reports and follow-up records • Coordinate with internal team for onboarding and client support • Collect payments and ensure timely fee recovery • Build long-term relationships for repeat programs and referrals 📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Monthly revenue target achievement • Number of daily business meetings (minimum 5–8 meetings/day) • Lead-to-enrolment conversion ratio • Number of workshop registrations generated • Repeat client/referral business 📌 Job Specification (JS) 🎓 Qualification • Graduate in any stream • MBA (Marketing / Sales) 💼 Experience • 1–4 years experience in: • Training & Coaching sales • Education / EdTech sales • Insurance / Financial services • Corporate B2B sales • Fresher with strong confidence & communication can apply 🛠Required Skills • Strong communication & persuasive skills • Ability to explain value-based services (not product selling) • Confidence to meet business owners and decision-makers • Negotiation & objection-handling skills • Target-driven mindset • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM • Two-wheeler with valid driving license 🧠Personal Attributes • Highly self-motivated • Professional personality • Positive & growth mindset • Good listener • Passionate about business growth & learning 💰 Compensation Structure (Recommended for Coaching Industry) • Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives • Enrollment-based incentive • Bonus on achieving monthly revenue milestone • Extra incentive for corporate training closures.
