Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for a Field Sales Executive / Senior Field Sales Executive / Group Leader. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with merchants, presenting digital payment solutions, and ensuring successful onboarding of merchants. The role also involves achieving sales targets, monitoring industry trends, generating leads, and providing consistent feedback to internal teams for process improvements. KRA - On-ground sales of Paytm QR, Soundbox, Card Machines, POS, Loans & Insurance to merchants & retailers. Key Responsibilities: • Daily market visits & lead generation • Pitch, demo & onboard merchants on Paytm products. • Achieve monthly sales & deployment targets • Install devices & train merchants • Maintain relationships & handle queries. • Daily reporting on CRM/app Eligibility: • 12th pass / Graduate (freshers welcome) • experience (field/direct sales preferred) • Own bike valid DL & Android phone mandatory Interested candidates and apply directly or share resume to sumit1.upadhyay@paytmpayments.com
