About the Job Are you good at talking to people and want a job where you can travel and earn based on your effort? We need Field Sales Executives to help local shop owners (merchants) use Paytm’s simple payment devices and business tools. You will work on the ground, visiting stores daily to help them become part of the digital payment world. 💸 What You Will Sell Your main job is to sell and install these products: Payment Tools: Paytm Soundbox, QR codes, and Card Swiping Machines. Business Help: Loans and Insurance for shop owners. 🤝 What You Will Do Every Day Visit Markets: Go out daily to different shops in your area to find new customers. Sell the Products: Show merchants how Paytm devices work and explain why they are good for their business. Hit Your Goals: Meet the monthly targets for how many products you sell and set up. Install & Teach: Put up the devices (like the Soundbox) and train the merchant on how to use them. Keep in Touch: Check in with your merchants and solve their small questions or problems. Report Daily: Use our company app (CRM) on your phone to report your visits and sales. ✔️ Basic Things You Need Education: Finished 12th grade or graduated from college. Experience: 0 to 3 years in any kind of field sales is best, but we welcome freshers (beginners). Essentials (No Exceptions): Your own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid license.
