Company: OK Play India Limited Field Sales Manager – B2B Industry: Outdoor Play Equipment | School Furniture | Toys Locations: Mumbai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Indore, Lucknow, Delhi NCR, Raipur, Chandigarh About the Role OK Play India Limited is seeking experienced and driven Field Sales Managers to expand its B2B and institutional business across key Indian markets. The role focuses on selling Outdoor Play Equipment, School Furniture, and Toys to builders, real estate developers, schools, preschools, and educational institutions. This is a field-intensive, target-driven role with attractive performance-linked incentives. Key Responsibilities • Drive B2B sales across assigned territory for: • Outdoor play equipment • School furniture • Toys • Develop and manage relationships with: • Builders & real estate developers • Schools, preschools, and educational institutions • Generate new business through field visits, references, architects, consultants, and channel partners • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms • Close orders and ensure smooth execution in coordination with internal teams • Track projects from enquiry to dispatch and payment follow-ups • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Maintain CRM updates and regular sales reports • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building Key Requirements • 4–8 years of experience in B2B / institutional / project sales • Prior exposure to sales with builders, schools, or institutional clients preferred • Experience in play equipment, furniture, construction materials, infra products, or allied B2B categories is an advantage • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography • Self-motivated, target-driven, and execution-focused • Graduate / MBA preferred Compensation & Incentives • Competitive fixed salary • Performance-linked incentives based on sales achievement • Approved travel and business expense reimbursements Why Join OK Play India Limited? • Market leader with strong in-house manufacturing • High-growth institutional and project sales vertical • Performance-oriented culture with clear career progression 📍 Open Locations: Mumbai | Kochi | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Chennai | Pune | Indore | Lucknow | Delhi NCR | Raipur | Chandigarh 📩 Interested candidates may share their resume directly at: 📧 Rishab.handa@okplay.in
