Job Title: Field Sales Manager – School Tours Company: FabMyTrip Location: Bhopal (On-site / Field Role) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years Job Description FabMyTrip is looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager who has strong connections with schools and educational institutions and prior experience in school tour sales. The role involves developing partnerships with schools and promoting educational and recreational tour packages. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, and coordinators. - Promote and sell domestic and international school tour packages. - Conduct field visits and meetings with school authorities to generate leads and close sales. - Present tour plans and travel proposals to schools. - Coordinate with the operations team for smooth planning and execution of tours. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and expand the school network. Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in school tour sales or travel industry. - Strong network and connections with schools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to work in a field-based role. - Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
