About the Role We are looking for seasoned Finance & Accounting (F&A) professionals with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC). The role involves consulting, transition management, and process optimization, ensuring seamless migration of finance operations and delivering value through transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support transition projects for PTP and OTC processes in shared services, outsourcing, or transformation engagements. • Conduct process assessments, process-gap analysis, and solution design for client engagements. • Drive knowledge transfer, documentation of standard operating procedures (SOP), and governance frameworks during transitions. • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process excellence. • Act as a finance expert to clients, advising on best practices across sub-processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, procurement, sales, IT) to ensure smooth transition execution. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and regulatory requirements.
