Hiring: Finance & Accounts Executive 📍 Bengaluru | Full-Time | Startup Environment We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to join our growing food and nutrition startup, Rasadhaara Wellness. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and wants to be closely involved in the financial operations of a fast-growing company. You will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, invoicing, vendor accounts, and supporting the founder with financial tracking and reporting. Key Responsibilities • Generate and manage customer invoices and sales records • Maintain vendor accounts and track payable invoices • Maintain books of accounts and financial records • Monitor cash flow and track incoming/outgoing payments • Maintain purchase, sales, and expense documentation • Coordinate with external accountants for GST and compliance • Prepare basic financial reports and operational summaries Ideal Candidate • 2–5 years experience in finance, accounts, or commercial operations • Background in hospitality, FMCG, or startup environments preferred • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets • Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software • Highly organized with strong attention to detail Why Join Us This is a great opportunity to grow with an early-stage company and take ownership of the financial operations as the business scales.
