By identifying high-impact opportunities and embedding an AI culture, you’ll help us deliver intelligent automation at scale. Your work will directly influence how we optimise business processes and develop the future of finance at Kantar. As the Finance AI Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of redefining how we use data and technology to tackle real business challenges. You’ll empower teams to work smarter, not harder, by introducing technology-based solutions that free up time for critical thinking and creative problem-solving. Your expertise will help us stay ahead in a constantly evolving landscape, ensuring our finance operations are not just efficient, but also resilient and future ready. What you’ll be doing • Identifying and encouraging high-value AI initiatives across finance processes. • Acting as an AI advocate, driving awareness, education, and adoption of AI within finance teams. • Translating business challenges into AI use cases and evaluating their impact. • Bridging the gap between business and technology teams to pilot and implement AI solutions. • Collaborating on the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models for automation. • Keeping up to date with the latest in AI (especially GenAI) and recommending innovative approaches. • Promoting responsible AI, ensuring compliance, governance, and ethical standards are met. The skills & experience needed • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Finance with AI specialisation) or equivalent. • Proficiency applying AI/ML in a business context, ideally within finance or enterprise functions. • Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, and the AI product lifecycle. • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the ML lifecycle. • The ability to identify and assess AI opportunities for business impact. • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical colleagues. • A passion for building AI knowledge and culture within teams.
