Finance Analyst - APAC GCC FP&A

About the job

Key Responsibilities: • Lead monthly forecasting, quarterly business plans, and annual budgeting processes. • Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance vs. plan. • Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency. • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems (e.g., SAP, BW, OneStream, Power BI). • Lead financial business planning and various financial updates for assigned market. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting (CA or MBA preferred) • 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the consumer health or FMCG sector. • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. • Experience with OneStream, SAP, BW, Power BI is a must. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
