Role Reports To Manager APAC BUF Center Location: Asia Pacific, India, Karnataka, Bangalore Work Location: Hybrid Key Responsibilities - Lead monthly forecasting, quarterly business plans, and annual budgeting processes. - Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance vs. plan. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and support strategic initiatives. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting (CA or MBA preferred). - 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the consumer health or FMCG sector. - Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
