The responsibilities include managing finance operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves collaborating with other departments, preparing budgets, and providing financial insights to support decision-making processes. Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in Accounting and preparation of Financial Statements - Excellent Analytical Skills for financial analysis and problem-solving - Effective Communication skills for collaboration and presenting financial insights - Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in finance or accounting roles; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
