Job Title: Finance Associate Location: Gurugram (Candidate must be willing to relocate) Experience: 1–2 years CTC -4LPA About the Role We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance Associate with strong analytical skills and excellent command over Excel. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, banking operations, and payment gateway reconciliations(preferably Razorpay or similar platforms). The candidate should also possess detailed working knowledge of GST and TDS concepts, including basic understanding of return requirements,input/output treatment, and tax implications. This role is best suited for individuals who take ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily AR/AP operations, including invoice processing, collections follow-up, and vendor payments. • Handle core banking operations such as processing payments, monitoring inflow/outflow, daily bank reconciliations, and coordinating with banks for routine queries. • Perform payment gateway reconciliations, particularly with Razorpay or other similar platforms. • Utilize Excel extensively for financial data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). • Assist the finance team in ensuring correct accounting treatment for GST & TDS-related entries. • Maintain proper financial documentation and support monthly closing activities. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end financial operations. • Take ownership of assigned tasks and execute them within defined timelines. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. • 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. • Strong proficiency in Excel and data handling. • Good understanding of AR/AP workflows and banking processes. • Prior experience in Razorpay or other payment gateway reconciliations is a strong advantage. • Detailed knowledge of GST and TDS concepts (such as applicability, rate structure, input/output classification, and basic return framework). • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask. • Effective communication and coordination skills. • Willingness to relocate to Gurugram. Preferred Skills (Optional) • Experience with accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, etc. • Exposure to MIS reporting or financial analysis.
