Role: Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain We are seeking a high-energy, analytically sharp Finance Business Partner to support Lenskart’s end-to-end Supply Chain. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of Finance and Operations, requiring comfort with ambiguity, speed, and scale. You will work closely with Supply Chain leadership to drive financial discipline, cost efficiency, and data-backed decision-making across a complex, fast-moving ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, execution-heavy environments and enjoys influencing outcomes beyond the spreadsheet. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Business Partnering • Partner closely with the Head of Supply Chain and functional leaders to drive performance, cost discipline, and informed decision-making across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. • Act as a trusted advisor by translating operational data into clear financial insights, risks, and trade-offs. • Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting • Own planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the supply chain vertical, ensuring tight alignment with business priorities. • Define and track KPIs, benchmarks, and performance scorecards to drive accountability. • Cost, Efficiency & Variance Analytics • Lead deep-dive analytics including variance analysis, productivity tracking, BOM analysis, cost-to-serve, and capacity utilization. • Actively monitor and influence key cost drivers such as material costs, logistics spends, production efficiency, and throughput. • Governance, FRAC & Controls • Strengthen financial governance through robust FRAC processes, audit coordination, and strong internal controls. • Ensure compliance and discipline across inventory, procurement, and logistics operations. • Investment & ROI Evaluation • Drive ROI modeling, scenario planning, and payback analysis for capex, automation, capacity expansion, and network design initiatives. • Support sourcing and vendor negotiations with commercial insights and benchmarking. • MIS, Dashboards & Data Enablement • Build sharp, decision-oriented MIS and dashboards covering cost per unit, inventory health, working capital, and throughput. • Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to enable automation and near real-time financial visibility. • Inventory, Logistics & Working Capital • Serve as the finance owner for inventory and logistics, driving cost control and working capital improvements. • Partner with planning and operations teams to improve inventory turns, demand-supply alignment, and logistics efficiency. Qualifications & Experience: • Chartered Accountant (preferred) or MBA (Finance). • Strong exposure to audit, FRAC, internal controls, and financial governance. • Proven experience in supply chain finance, plant finance, operations finance, or business partnering roles. • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or high-volume operations environments is a strong advantage. What We’re Looking For: • Strong grounding in business finance, FP&A, cost analytics, and financial controls. • Hands-on expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and ROI analysis. • Solid understanding of supply chain metrics—efficiency, throughput, capacity utilization, and cost-to-serve. • Highly analytical, structured thinker with a bias for action. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment. • Proactive, resilient, and execution-focused.
