Finance Controller

About the job

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to take complete ownership of the finance function. Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end finance and accounts including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and monthly closures • Lead statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits end to end • Ensure complete GST compliance – filings, reconciliations, notices, and assessments • Handle direct and indirect taxation including income tax, TDS, assessments, and compliances • Prepare and manage investor data, presentations, MIS, and financial models • Support fundraising, M&A activities, and D2C business acquisitions including due diligence, valuations, and integrations • Manage company investments including evaluation, structuring, returns analysis, and compliance • Design and monitor the investment portfolio, aligned with business and treasury strategy • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with business growth • Set up and strengthen financial controls, processes, and SOPs • Act as a strategic finance partner to founders, providing clear financial insights for decision-making
