Designation: Finance Controller / Manager Experience: min 12 years Qualification: B.COM / MBA - Finance Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Controller/Manager located in Coimbatore. The Finance Controller/Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. Additional responsibilities may include managing accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications • Strong proficiency with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting • Expertise in Accounting processes and principles • Solid Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities • Knowledge and experience in Finance management, including budgeting and forecasting • Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Strong organizational and time management skills • CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is a plusKey skills: Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash flow Forecasting, Internal Control & Compliance, Cost Management, Strong Financial Modeling, Cross-Functional Coordination (Production, Procurement, Sales), Strategic Financial Planning, Audit Management
