Role Description The Finance Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat. The responsibilities include developing and overseeing financial planning, managing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role will also involve monitoring and evaluating the organization's financial performance, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Finance Director will collaborate with different departments to guide decision-making and drive financial efficiency. Qualifications: • Strong experience in Financial Planning and Finance operations • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements • Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial performance and trends • Proficiency in Financial Reporting and compliance processes • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills • Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting is a plus • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are a strong advantage
