As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of student accounts and loan processing, ensuring efficient financial operations within our institution. This role requires strong financial coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with students, financial partners, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities: • Student Loan Coordination: • Guide students through the loan application and processing procedures, assisting with loan options and necessary documentation. • Coordinate with financial institutions and agencies to facilitate the timely disbursement of student loans. • Act as a liaison between students and lenders to ensure a smooth financial aid process. • Fee Coordination: • Handle student fee-related inquiries, providing detailed information on tuition fees, payment schedules, and financial aid options. • Ensure students receive accurate fee structure information and assist in setting up customized payment plans as needed. • Payment Follow-up: • Monitor outstanding payments and overdue fees; follow up with students to ensure timely payment. • Send payment reminders and notices, and coordinate payment agreements to support students in meeting their obligations. • Financial Reporting: • Prepare regular financial reports and statements related to student accounts, loan transactions, and payments. • Maintain accurate financial records to support audits, budgeting, and financial analysis.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 0-1 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles; freshers with relevant skills are also welcome. • Proficiency in financial software and systems, with knowledge of student loan programs and financial aid processes. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with students, partners, and internal teams. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
