Also, you would prepare the monthly reporting data. If you are an analytical thinker with a meticulous approach to work, we would love to hear from you. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION • Bachelor’s degree in commerce • 3-4 years of work experience • Experience in preparation of payments and statutory dues, monthly reporting data Key Responsibilities • Banking & Treasury Management • Daily and monthly reconciliation of bank statements with accounts. • Daily bank balance & treasury report to be prepared and shared with management. • Coordination with bank and completing documentation for opening of bank accounts, change of signatories, resolving issues, etc. • Completing documentation for giving effect to the investments. • Accounts Payable • Timely error free payment of bills, advances and taxes. • Monthly closure for open advances by coordinating with other departments. • Vendor history checking & recommendation. • Online payments upload / cheque preparation. • Monthly vendor ledgers reconciliation. • Adherence to all internal controls. • Day To Day Book Keeping • Real time accounting entries • Reconciliations • Preparation of statements and schedules for Audits/ MIS/ any other purpose as required. • Preparation of preliminary draft of MIS and monthly and quarterly financials. • Any other work related to Finance & Accounts as assigned by the seniors. Key Relationships: (Internal and External) • External- Vendors, Consultants, Banks, • Internal- Site Engineers, Employees, Management
