Finance Executive

About the job

We are looking for a Finance Executive who has completed their CA Articleship and possesses strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate will support the finance team in managing daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial records. • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliation statements. • Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances. • Assist in audit processes including statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit. • Manage accounts payable and receivable. • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts. • Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost analysis. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for financial matters. Key Skills Required • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting • GST, TDS, and Tax Compliance • Financial Analysis and MIS Reporting • Bank and Ledger Reconciliation • Audit Support and Documentation • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho / SAP preferred) Preferred Candidate Profile • Completed CA Articleship from a reputed firm. • Good understanding of taxation, compliance, and financial processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
