Location : Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Company Type: Private Limited Company Employment Type : Full-Time Experience :3–5 Years (Flexible based on skill set) Qualification: • B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance / HR) or equivalent • Additional certification in Accounting, Zoho, or HR is an advantage Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive cum HR Administrator to manage day-to-day accounting, financial operations, and HR administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in finance functions along with basic HR and payroll administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Finance & Accounts • Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and supporting documents • Handle accounts payable and receivable • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups • Bank reconciliation statements and cash flow monitoring • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings • Coordinate with Auditors and Company Secretary for audits and compliance • Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS HR & Administration: • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management • Payroll processing • Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and onboarding • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) • Manage HR documentation, policies, and internal communications • Handle office administration and employee coordination Skill & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of accounting principles • Hands-on experience in Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and MS Office • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI • Good communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently • Familiarity with Tamil Nadu labor practices is an added advantage Preferred Attributes: • Experience in a Private Limited Company • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong ethical standards and confidentiality
