Role: Finance Executive – International Business Qualification: CMA/CA Inter Work Experience: 5+ years Job Description • Coordination with various country representatives for receiving the monthly financials, MIS reports and other data points as required. • Review of Financial Information received, comparison with Estimates. • Understand the reasons for variance with Estimate basis discussion with various country teams and prepare monthly PPT Decks for HOD review. • Custodian for maintaining consolidated International Business MIS and track the relevant performance data, profitability and other metrics. • Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements including cashflow statements for various subsidiaries. • Custodian of Exports Receivables including collections updation, ensure appropriate accounting and ledger clearing. • Monthly review of all Export Customers ledger, track balance outstanding and coordinate with business team for realization. • Track the various fees and billing contracts as per agreements and ensure timely Invoice for is raised in coordination with the relevant business teams. Skills Sets and Technical Acumen • Working Knowledge of Accounting Standards, ability to prepare financial statements including cash flow statements. • Hands on Excel, WORD and PPT skills • Proficient in handling multiple data sets and maintain clear MIS reports • Handled Customer Reconciliations, Balances review and Reporting. • User knowledge of working in SAP. • Candidate having worked in manufacturing Company with knowledge. • Communicative and Interactive with various stakeholders • Agile and Intent driven candidate to thrive in start-up kind of environment.
