Expectations • Financial Planning and Analysis: Financial strategies for long-term financial sustainability. • Risk and Capital Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks and managing the capital. • Financial Compliance and Strategies: Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and developing financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. • Team Leadership and Development: Leading and managing a team for professional growth. An ideal candidate would be a strategic thinker, a go-getter, a strong team player, and someone with an intrinsic passion for improving lives in the community and the country. Requirements • Qualifications: Qualified CA (Max 1st or 2nd attempt)/ MBA (Only from top 20 B schools with Full-time M.B.A) • Experience: With 8+ years of progressive expertise across various roles, predominantly within startup environments • Proficiency: Strategic financial insight with a creative lens, recognizing the interconnectedness of marketing, operations, and learning experience design. • Relevant Industry Exposure: Customer-centric perspective to ensure that financial strategies are sound and aligned with the overarching mission of serving our clientele. Expected CTC: Based on industry standards
