About the Role Join the Experience team at Rishihood and embark on a transformative journey to establish a groundbreaking startup university. As a Finance Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of Rishihood. Your responsibilities span from identifying critical focus areas to executing strategic financial plans. Reporting directly to the COO of Rishihood University, you will collaborate with leadership to craft efficient operations and processes, ensuring the seamless functioning of the Rishihood Experience. Expectations • Financial Planning and Analysis: Financial strategies for long-term financial sustainability. • Risk and Capital Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks and managing the capital. • Financial Compliance and Strategies: Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and developing financial strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. • Team Leadership and Development: Leading and managing a team for professional growth.
