As a dynamic and detail-oriented finance professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic financial decisions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting comprehensive financial analysis such as revenue forecasting, cost assessments, and profitability evaluations to facilitate decision-making. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop bottom-up budgets and annual operating plans in alignment with strategic goals. - Preparing and presenting Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to Investors & senior leadership to provide critical financial insights and performance metrics. - Assisting the Founder with sales reporting and conducting ad-hoc analysis as required. - Developing and evaluating business cases for various initiatives and offering recommendations for investment decisions. - Monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this role include: - CA qualification with a minimum of 4 years of experience in finance within growth stage companies. - Direct experience working with the Founder or leadership team. - Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage cross-functional teams.
