Job Description Summary The role partners across internal functions and external agencies to develop and execute a continuously monitored strategic plan that delivers reliable forecasts, robust operating plans, and strong cash and profit outcomes. The role drives automation, strengthens internal controls, leverages government incentive programs, and aligns FP&A and Controllership activities with business objectives, while cultivating high performance across sub-finance functions. Job Description Site Overview: Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem. Roles And Responsibilities: • Collaborates with all the relevant functions and agencies within and outside the organization to ensure that a continuously monitored strategic plan is in place. • Robust operating plan/ Investment is prepared, presented, approved and deployed, timely and accurate forecasts are made with sufficient frequency and communicated to all stakeholders / COE’s. • Utilizes in-depth subject matter knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. • Ensures that all the sub finance functions are focused on peak performance to meet or beat the forecasts. • Works extensively on State / Centre Incentives schemes, prepares, execute and collaborate with External Agency. • Collaborate with stakeholders for realization of all Foreign Trade benefits. • Drives Automation and Digitization in Finance functions thereby reducing the manual processes & making processes efficient. • Implement Flight Deck fundamentals in policy deployment. • May lead small projects. • Monitors and supports the internal control effectiveness across organization, strong controls are implemented and maintained for Key Processes. • Engage and collaborate with FP&A and Controllership team for plans and forecasts for alignment with business objectives. Ideal Candidate: 8–10 years in industrial manufacturing who excels at forecasting, cash and profit management, incentives/FT benefits realization, and driving automation to improve control, speed, and accuracy. Required Skills & Qualification: • 8-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, Business Partnering, Finance disciplines, controllership and systems. • Demonstrated success in driving business results, particularly in profit and cash management. • Extensive background in industrial manufacturing environments. • Action-oriented individual with integrity and strong values. • Effective communicator and motivator, skilled/experienced in performing under complex business situations & timelines. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
