You'll run the finance function for venture-backed startups and high-growth companies in the USA domain. Real ownership. Real impact. No hand-holding. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼: ⚪ Lead financial reviews with founders and leadership teams globally ⚪ Manage and develop Finance Associates ⚪ Own the full close cycle and investor-ready reporting ⚪ Lead Payroll and US Taxation front for the firm ⚪ Build models, valuations, and dashboards that inform decisions ⚪ Run finance operations across multiple ventures simultaneously 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: ✅ CA / ACCA / CPA / CFA with 6-8 years of experience in high-growth or global SME environments ✅ Strong exposure to US GAAP and US taxation (mandatory) ✅ Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online. ✅ Strong experience in US Payroll processing. ✅ Experience leading and managing teams ✅ Excellent communication skills—written and verbal ✅ Financial modeling experience is a plus ✅ Clarity in execution, precision in delivery ✅ Based in Indore (this is an on-site role) ✅ Immediate joiners preferred
