Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Kurukshetra. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include managing financial reports and statements, evaluating financial performance, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and coordinating with internal and external auditors. Additionally, the Finance Manager will offer strategic financial guidance to ensure optimal financial decision-making. Qualifications • Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting • Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Auditing, and Regulatory Compliance • Expertise in Financial Management, Cost Control, and Strategic Planning • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in team leadership and collaboration • Proficiency in financial software and tools • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA/CFA/MBA preferred • Prior experience in finance roles, preferably in leadership or management positions
