Hiring for Finance Manager and Sr Finance Manager for German Based Manufacturing Company Location - Arsikere (Karnataka) Exp- 10-15 Years Qualification- CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance Industry Preference -Any Manufacturing Need Only Immediate to 30 Days’ Notice Period Roles & Responsibilities: Role and Responsibilities of Finance Manager • Financial knowledge- highly numerate with high degree of accuracy • Ability to use MS office applications – Word, Excel & outlook • Collate, code & process finance invoices in addition to the reconciliation of statements from suppliers. • Full responsibility of creating and cancelling direct debit and standing order payments, ensuring accuracy of data inputting. • Preparation of the daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner. • Preparation of quarterly vendor reconciliations • Auditing monthly stock takings. • Preparation of Profit and loss statements on monthly basis • Use a range of office software including email, spreadsheets and database information to produce timely and accurate reports and working knowledge on SAP and Tally softwares • Actively participates in two way communications sharing and exchanging relevant and appropriate information with international Teams • Preparation of Budgets/Capex • Asset tagging for new assets • Cost allocations • Working on Export and import taxation with government agencies like, customs, excise, and third parties like CHA and other • Working on government subsidy schemes with government authorities • Working on GST laws for monthly filings of forms with team • Working on product costing and providing inputs to CEO on product costing • Able to communicate and work with auditing team for quarterly, biyearly and yearly internal and external audits • Ensure financial controller role for site by providing timely inputs and suggestions • Building SOPs and work instructions and drive compliances • Able to drive GATE IN/OUT, stores GRN, invoice processes, • Improve Supply chain operations efficiency • Financial discipline and compliances Requirements • Proven working experience as Finance manager • Highly Analytical and results-driven strategies • Demonstrable experience with finance department metrics • Knowledge of taxation and GST laws • Ability to provide inputs to CEO on business decisions and create structure • Ability to build strategy along with the leadership skills • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
