Responsibilities: • Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. • Audit Coordination: Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance and timely completion of audits. • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation of tax returns. • Internal Controls: Design and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Good to have: • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience or a finance professional (non-CA) with 10+ years of relevant experience • Prior leadership experience in finance, accounting, or related roles. • Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance. • Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
