We are hiring a Processing Manager for an upcoming Bio-Mining project. This is a site-focused role for someone who has hands-on experience managing processing operations and enjoys working closely with plant teams. Hiring Location: Hyderabad Job Location: Katni, Madhya Pradesh Experience: 10+ years CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Role Overview The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial health across multiple civil and electrical projects. The role involves strategic planning, project-level financial control, statutory compliance, and close coordination with banks, auditors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Drive long-term financial planning and support business strategy as part of senior management • Handle end-to-end project finance, from tendering and costing to project closure and profitability review • Prepare and control detailed project budgets, monitor costs, and protect margins • Manage cash flow and working capital across multiple running projects • Oversee billing cycles, certifications, and payment follow-ups • Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, corporate tax, audits, and statutory requirements • Liaise with banks for working capital limits, LCs, BGs, and project finance • Identify and mitigate financial risks related to contracts, pricing, and regulatory changes • Lead and mentor finance and accounts teams across HO and project sites Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) – Mandatory 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting Minimum 4–5 years in a managerial role within construction, civil, electrical, or infrastructure projects Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) Strong understanding of Ind AS / IFRS and project-based accounting • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
