Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Canada. The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial trends, preparing forecasts, managing accounts, and optimizing expenditures. The Finance Manager is also expected to provide strategies for financial growth and liaise with external auditors as needed. Qualifications • Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting expertise • Strong experience in financial analysis and compliance with relevant regulations • Proficiency in accounting practices, reconciliation, and expense management • Ability to prepare detailed reports, strategize for growth, and collaborate with teams • Proficiency in financial software and tools • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus • Familiarity with international financial regulations and cross-border transactions is preferred • Experience in immigration or consultancy services is advantageous
