Company Description Company Description Swish Club is building a new AI Native Vertical SaaS Platform (currently in stealth) that is quietly transforming how enterprises from one specific industry understand, engage, and grow their business. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to immediately join our growing team. As a lead of our finance team, you will oversee all accounting operations while ensuring compliance and accuracy in our financial reporting. This role combines hands-on accounting expertise with strategic financial management, making it ideal for an accounting professional who excels in both technical accounting and financial reporting. Responsibilities • Closing of book of accounts monthly (Expert knowledge of Zoho required) • Prepare reconciliation statements. • Ensure all statutory compliances and regulatory compliances within timelines. • Ensure compliances under the Tax laws (Direct / Indirect). • Review and presentation of MIS Reports - including Standalone, Consolidated & other cash flow reports • Hands-on experience with auditing, journal entry, invoicing cycle, stock management and accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Understand Reporting requirements with regard to Segment reporting / Cost center Allocations / Other such Entities for standalone & consolidated financials. • Conduct periodical review of GLs, LMS systems, processes, vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness & ensure adequate controls for accounting process. • Manage internal / external stakeholders including Internal, External & other audits. Qualifications • Qualified CA with min 2yr of experience post qualification in Accounting, GST, Taxation and Bookkeeping • Expert Level of knowledge in accounting in Zoho • Working Knowledge in the filing of GST and TDS Return Location - HSR, Bangalore (onsite), Immediate joiner Perks • Equity ownership for ALL full-time employees from Day 1 • We offer well-crafted, unique perks for bachelors, women, working mothers, no wonder 40% of our organization and 80% of non-Eng team members are females.
