Finance Manager

About the job

The Finance Manager is primarily responsible and will lead the Finance working closely with the business leaders for business segment with US$ 175 + million of Revenue in the Europe & Middle East regions. The role involves financial planning and analysis, including Annual Budgeting, Rolling Forecast, Variance analysis, Monitoring of Accounts Receivable, Unbilled and DSO, Controlling the cost as per approved Pricing, Sales incentive computation, etc. It role also involves Managing Finance Function of legal annual revenue of US$ 20 million in the Europe and Middle East geography, including closely working with the country and shared services teams for bookkeeping, review of Financials, monthly Variance Analysis, liaison with Auditors for Statutory Audit and Internal Audit, Working Capital Management, liaison with various internal teams for vendor onboarding, review of commercial contracts, Secretarial work, Federal and State income taxes, Payroll taxes, reimbursement of employee expenses, liaison with Bankers and tax auditors. The role offers great career development potential, growing into key leadership roles in finance within the group in the next 3-5 years based on performance. Education / Experience required: • Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Engineer with MBA / Masters in finance with 8+ years’ experience in Financial Accounting Analysis and Controllership • 4+ years of supervisory/leadership experience with excellent soft skills and communication • Experience in a Software company/Service Company a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and expert-level Excel skills.
