About the Role We’re looking for a Finance Manager / Controller who can take full ownership of financial operations across our India and US entities. This role combines hands-on accounting with strategic financial oversight. What You’ll Do - Responsible for operational and statutory activities across India and USA, including AP, AR, statutory compliances, monthly close, MIS, investor reporting, FP&A, audits, support for fundraising, and ESOP documentation. - Work closely with the VP of Finance to streamline book keeping, data management, daily and month close operations. - Ensure day-to-day operations are not affected, including transaction recording, compliances, payroll, closing, MIS reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting. - Manage all external partners, including CA / CS firm in India, and the CPA firm in USA. Requirements - Hard Skills - CA qualification is mandatory - 3-5 years of experience post qualification, with at least 1-2 years industry experience is mandatory. US accounting exposure is preferred. - Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance. Requirements - Soft Skills - Diligent, high ownership, strong attention to detail - High integrity and ethical handling of financial information
