🔹 Job Title: Finance Manager / Financial Controller We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) with up to 3 years of experience to join our growing organization in a key finance leadership role. This position will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, strengthening internal controls, and driving financial discipline across business verticals, including international operations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial reporting • Handle and supervise bookkeeping activities during the initial phase to ensure accuracy and system alignment • Monitor budgets vs actuals and analyze cost variances • Conduct detailed cost analysis and margin tracking • Review expense structures and recommend cost optimization strategies • Manage cash flow planning and working capital efficiency • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance • Develop financial MIS and management dashboards • Support business decision-making through financial insights • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational finance control • Provide oversight on Indian entity accounting and compliance processes Candidate Profile: • Qualified CA or MBA (Finance) • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls • Hands-on approach with ability to manage both strategic and operational finance functions • Experience in handling multi-entity or multi-location operations preferred • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 📍 Location: Sultanpur, New Delhi 🕒 Immediate joiners preferred If you are someone who enjoys building structured finance systems and taking ownership in a growth-driven environment, we would love to connect.
