Job Title: Finance & Operations Executive Location: Gurgaon, India What you'll do: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, reconciliations, and reporting. This role requires strong coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency across all financial processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Reconciliation Conduct monthly Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations with top 3 clients; handle other clients as needed. Ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. 2. Sales & Transaction Reconciliation Reconcile sales reports shared by clients and Pine Labs to identify and resolve variances. Highlight key issues and work with internal teams for corrective action. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as a bridge between the Finance and Business teams to ensure both books are always aligned — including invoices, payments, and adjustments. 4. Payment Management Update client payment records in the books daily. Follow up with credit-line merchants to ensure timely payments and maintain collection discipline. 5. Invoicing & Documentation Prepare and issue accurate monthly invoices for internal orders. Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit requirements. 6. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly P&L statements and update financial dashboards. Analyze sales and redemption trends at both client and business levels to support decision-making. What you'll need: Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, reconciliation, or accounts management. • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and hands-on working style. • Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced business environment.
