Role: Finance Ops Supporter (FOS) Industry: Fintech / NBFC Function: Sales, Centre Operations & Business Development Education: Graduate (Any Stream) Experience: Minimum 1 year in Finance/Fintech/Education Loans/Field Sales Location: Vidyapeeth/Pathshala Centres (State-wise Deployment) Compensation: Competitive Salary + Monthly Incentives Key Responsibilities • Drive the sales and penetration of education loan products at assigned Vidyapeeth/Pathshala centres. • Work closely with centre heads, counsellors, and admission teams to promote student adoption of the loan offerings. • Assist students and parents throughout the education loan application, documentation, and approval process. • Build strong relationships with centre teams to ensure a collaborative approach to loan adoption. • Maintain daily activity records, track cases, and share progress updates with regional and central FinZ teams. • Address student/parent queries promptly to deliver excellent customer experience. • Coordinate with Credit, Ops, and Risk teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement. • Conduct floor-level engagements, counselling sessions, and product awareness meetings within the centre. • Ensure full compliance with NBFC regulatory norms and internal FinZ policies. • Identify bottlenecks on the ground and recommend practical solutions to improve loan adoption. • Achieve monthly and quarterly loan onboarding and conversion targets. Key Competencies • Local Language Proficiency – Ability to communicate fluently as required by the deployment state (e.g., Telugu for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana). • Sales Orientation – Strong ability to influence and convert leads into loan applications. • Centre Relationship Management – Skilled in working with academic counsellors, coordinators, and leadership. • Customer Handling Skills – Ability to address concerns of students and parents with clarity and patience. • Product Knowledge – Understanding of education loan products, documentation, and eligibility. • Regulatory Awareness – Basic knowledge of NBFC/banking compliance processes. • Communication & Negotiation – Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Operational Discipline – Ability to manage documentation, follow SOPs, and provide accurate reporting. • Problem-Solving – Quick thinking to handle operational challenges and ensure resolution. Fintech/EduTech Understanding – Awareness of student financing and admissions ecosystem is a plus.
