About the job

As the Finance Senior Analyst, you will work with the teams across Global Services to provide FP&A support to the stakeholders. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a curious analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive impact through financial insights and operational improvements. In This Role, You Will • Run financial planning with the respective teams supported, as a part of broader BCG planning process • Own data input in the planning and forecasting systems, run required quality controls • Contribute to the monthly reporting, planning, and forecasting processes with accuracy, speed, and insight • Deliver forward-looking analysis and insights to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities in the areas supported • Provide ad-hoc analytical support for the stakeholders • Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and tools • Work with finance operations teams to reconcile the data, provide input and streamline routine processes. Examples of the processes include: accruals, recharges, reclasses, reconciliations. • Support the preparation of material for the leadership meetings and reviews. You’re Good At • Translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations • Managing financial planning cycles end-to-end, including variance analysis and scenario modeling • Communicating clearly, concisely, and credibly with stakeholders across all levels • Balancing detail orientation with big-picture thinking • Building relationships and influencing in a matrixed, global environment • Thriving in dynamic, fast-paced, service-oriented environment • Building deep expertise in the financials, proactively linking investments to business impact and value delivered • Partnering with stakeholders to define problems, deliver meaningful analysis, and propose actionable solutions • Working as part of a team, building consensus • Working effectively in a global virtual team environment • Applying technical skills to navigate complex financial systems, extract and analyze data across platforms, and resolve inconsistencies or ambiguity independently. What You’ll Bring • Master’s degree in finance/accounting/economics and/or an MBA is a plus • A minimum of ~5 years related finance experience • Good understanding & experience of working with finance systems (Oracle/SAP, BIR data universe, etc.) • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences and influence senior stakeholders • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues through thoughtful analysis • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to add value and take ownership in a leadership-facing role • Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative mindset with a passion for team-oriented work.
