Role Overview: You will assist in the project and contract set up for high volume business, ensuring proper set up of contracts and projects for appropriate revenue recognition. Engage with local market teams and Corporate controllership to ensure timely updates, accurate reflection of changes, and proper contract approval for revenue recognition. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing, handling mailbox for request and query management, updating SOPs, providing assistance during audits, and performing other assigned duties such as process improvement initiatives and system implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in project and contract set up for high volume business - Ensure proper set up of contracts and projects for appropriate revenue recognition - Engage with local market teams and Corporate controllership for timely updates and accurate contract reflection - Ensure timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing - Handle mailbox for request and query management - Update SOPs to capture exceptions while processing - Provide assistance during internal/external audits - Perform other duties assigned as required, such as process improvement initiatives and system implementation Qualifications Required: - Excellent attention to detail and strong written and oral communication - Skilled in organization and analysis - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) - Prior experience with SalesForce, PeopleSoft, and/or real estate is a plus - Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification - Comfortable working in US Shift (5:30 pm - 2:30 am) - 3-5 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment - Ability to interact effectively with internal and external client teams daily - Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Team player and able to work independently (Note: Omitted the "What we can do for you" section as it was not part of the job description)
