About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead our Finance Strategy & Transformation agenda. This key role will partner with our CFO to drive scalable, profitable growth through financial efficiency, automation, and technology-led decision-making. Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance & Efficiency Leadership: Design and implement a multi-year financial efficiency roadmap, optimizing IT & operating costs, embedding automation, and building a governance framework for measurable efficiency and long-term financial excellence. IT, Cloud & Vendor Optimization: Audit IT & SaaS spend, delivering 20–30% annual reduction through rightsizing, contract renegotiation, and vendor consolidation; build and govern the Tech Spend Framework for visibility, control, and ROI tracking; explore AI-based cloud cost optimization tools and evaluate startup PoCs to drive smarter technology utilization. Automation & Process Excellence: Identify and automate 3-5 high-effort, low-value workflows across Finance, Operations, and Content; deploy AI and analytics to drive efficiency, standardization, and faster decision cycles; establish a Process Excellence function under the CFO to ensure sustained gains. Workforce Productivity & Operating Model Design: Conduct workforce productivity mapping (“who does what”) to optimize global cost structures; reallocate or outsource transactional work to India/SEA hybrid delivery hubs; partner with HR to integrate performance and productivity analytics. Governance, Reporting & Transformation Office: Create and manage the Finance Strategy Office, acting as the CFO’s program management hub; develop dashboards and savings scorecards; institutionalize reporting cadence and quarterly reviews with all business units. Tech & Automation Fluency: Understands cloud, SaaS, and AI optimization frameworks. Analytical Rigor: Uses data-led insights to identify value and measure ROI. Program Leadership: Runs multi-functional transformation projects with precision. Influence & Collaboration: Builds strong partnerships with CFO, CHRO, and CTO. Change Leadership: Drives transformation with empathy, clarity, and pace. Execution Discipline: Balances strategy with measurable, bottom-line outcomes.
