Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Trainer at Capinex MoneyMark Finance Private Limited, based in Bengaluru. The Trainer will be responsible for educating and training individuals or teams on financial concepts, financial planning, accounting practices, and business-related financial strategies. Tasks include designing and delivering training sessions, creating training materials, and ensuring knowledge transfer to improve overall financial proficiency and performance. Qualifications • Strong understanding and expertise in Finance and Financial Planning • Proficiency in designing and delivering Training programs • Knowledge and experience in Accounting concepts and principles • Teaching skills with strong communication and presentation abilities • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Education, or a related field • Experience in financial training or educational roles is a plus • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to adapt training methods to a diverse audience.
