Profile : Finance Transformation Manager Location : Jaipur Exp. : 8 to 15 Years Mode : Work form Office Shift : US Shift Key Responsibilities: • Identify and lead transformation opportunities across PTP, OTC, RTR and related processes • Design future-state processes and transformation roadmaps • Drive automation and digital initiatives (QPA, RPA, Analytics and AI) • Partner with business and IT to deliver scalable solutions • Track benefits realization and manage change adoption • Engage senior stakeholders and provide leadership reporting Required Skills: • Strong F&A process knowledge and process improvement expertise • Experience with automation, analytics, and digital tools • Stakeholder management and program delivery capability • Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects Qualifications: • Lean Six Sigma certified Best Regards, Mohammad Waseem
