As a Financial Advisory Services Provider in the corporate finance team, your role will involve providing financial advisory services to corporate clients in India. You will play a crucial part in conducting financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for M&A transactions and other corporate finance activities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial due diligence on target companies. - Develop and maintain financial models for M&A transactions. - Prepare valuation reports. - Support the execution of M&A transactions. - Prepare presentations for clients and senior management. - Stay current on industry trends and market conditions. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Finance or a related field (MBA preferred). - 5 years of experience in corporate finance. - Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience with M&A transactions.
