This position works closely with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting, planning, and financial performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and key performance indicators. • Prepare regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews. • Monitor financial metrics and provide recommendations to senior management. Budgeting & Forecasting: • Assist in developing comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts. • Track budget variances and provide clear explanations for deviations. • Support scenario planning and financial modeling initiatives. Data Modeling & Insights: • Create and maintain financial models using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. • Interpret data trends and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement. • Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses and return on investment assessments. Business Support: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and support strategic initiatives. • Provide analytical support for investments, projects, and other business endeavors. • Review financial performance across departments and products. Compliance & Documentation: • Ensure all financial practices comply with GAAP and relevant company policies. • Maintain accurate and organized financial records. • Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
