Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Analyst, located in Solan. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting management in decision-making. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monitoring financial performance. The role involves evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market and financial research, and identifying cost-saving measures. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial models, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards, and coordinating with various departments to provide insights for business growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial analysis, audits, and internal checks. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards & statutory regulations. - Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and suggest process improvements. - Prepare detailed reports & provide actionable insights to management. Qualifications: - CA / ICWA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred. Experience: - 10–12 years of experience in auditing, financial accounting, or analysis. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software. - Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail & excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of Internal Controls and compliance regulations. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
